Great to meet you!

Have you been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated with the way things keep playing out in your life or relationships? Whether you're struggling with anger, self-esteem, intimacy, motivation, or career challenges, therapy can be a space to better understand yourself and create lasting change.

I specialize in anger management, recognizing that anger is often a symptom of deeper emotions and experiences. Together, we'll explore what's beneath the surface, develop healthier coping strategies, and build a stronger, more positive sense of self.

No matter how difficult life feels right now, you don't have to face it alone. My goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free environment where you can feel understood, gain practical tools, and move toward the life and relationships you deserve.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, interactive, direct, and collaborative. I tailor our sessions to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

What you can expect from me

At the first session, I begin with an evaluation that may be ongoing depending upon the presenting problem(s). It involves discussing treatment objectives, treatment planning, and treatment strategies. Most important, I ask questions to help me understand your reasons for seeking counseling, the nature of the distress that you have been experiencing, and about your past and recent history, where appropriate.
