Hi, I am Carolina! I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience working in a diverse community health center, providing care to individuals from many cultural backgrounds. I offer medication management with a warm, collaborative, and holistic approach, always considering the whole person—not just the symptoms. I speak Spanish fluently and enjoy creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered in their healing process.

I believe every person has a unique story, and my role is to listen deeply, understand your experiences, and work with you to create a treatment plan that feels aligned, supportive, and effective. I combine evidence-based psychiatric care with a compassionate perspective that honors the connection between mind, body, and emotional wellness. Together, we will build a safe space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered in your healing journey.

Our first session is a gentle, welcoming conversation focused on getting to know you. You’ll have the space to share your story, your symptoms, and what you hope to achieve as we work together. I will ask thoughtful questions to understand your history, your strengths, and what has (or hasn’t) helped you in the past. We will explore your goals and begin shaping a treatment plan that feels right for you.
