Carolina Fuentes

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 12 years of experience as a master level helping professional. As a social worker I bring a diverse set of skills and professional experiences that equipped me to understand my clients' big picture and be creative and thorough when providing services. But most important, I have a passion for service and for creating intentional spaces where people can experience connection, healing and growth.

When we meet for therapy I will meet you where you are in your journey. Together, we will create goals and a work plan that will serve us as a map; however, there will be plenty of flexibility to reevaluate where we are going, what is helping (and what is not). I will listen attentively, share insights and education, introduce you to clinical interventions that match your needs and support you through your process of healing and growth.

My approach is holistic--keeping in mind the relationship between physical and mental health, past and present, trauma and mental health challenges, individual and societal contexts. I strive to create a safe and calm environment where clients can be their full selves. Clients can expect tools for their present experiences and discomfort while exploring opportunities to understand and heal the potential root causes.
