Great to meet you!

I’m Carolina, a somatic psychotherapist specializing in mindfulness-based therapies that emphasize connection to the natural world. My approach encourages you to quiet thought narratives and access the profound wisdom of your body. Our bodies hold memories, experiences, and emotions that provide vital insights for healing and growth. By deepening our connection to our bodies, we can heal emotional wounds, live authentically, and cultivate meaningful relationships—with ourselves and others.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to support you in discovering your body’s natural wisdom, reducing emotional stressors, and creating new patterns that align with your dream life. I utilize an eclectic mix of techniques within Somatic Psychotherapy, including Dance/Movement Therapy, mindfulness practices, creative arts, nature-based healing, and psychoeducation.

What you can expect from me

Many clients notice gradual improvement in symptoms within the first month, with continued progress afterward. Together, we can explore various modalities to support your healing journey. If you’re ready for this transformative process, I invite you to reach out. Let’s enhance your connection to your inner self and the world around you.
