Great to meet you!

I am dedicated to providing compassionate, bilingual (English / Native Spanish) psychotherapy to clients who are navigating life’s most challenging moments, especially those dealing with anxiety, depression, major life transitions (such as cancer diagnosis, grief, trauma). I specialize in working with individuals and their families, supporting them in navigating emotions, distress, and resilience during challenging times. I provide a safe, supportive space where individuals can process emotions, develop coping skills, and find strength in the face of adversity.

My approach to therapy

I became a therapist driven by the opportunity to empower clients, help them heal, and guide them toward meaningful change. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked in various settings, including hospital settings and private practice. Clients working with me can expect a balanced mix of support, encouragement, and direct feedback, ensuring they feel both understood and motivated to grow and take meaningful steps toward change

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a relaxed and open space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll discuss and explore what is most important to you, ensuring we have a roadmap for our work together. Clients working with me can expect a balanced mix of support, encouragement, and direct feedback, ensuring they feel both understood and motivated to grow when creating their goals for therapy.
