Great to meet you!

Hi,

My professional background stems from studies in Psychology, Gender and Women Studies during my undergraduate career at Saint Peter's University. I then earned my Masters of Social Work Degree at Rutgers University with a specialization in Violence Against Women and Children. I have worked within the areas of the LGBTQ+ community, complex trauma, depression/anxiety , domestic violence, history of abuse, and holistic approaches to healing the body + mind connection.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I enjoy empowering those I work with - to feel free from judgement of themselves and others. I use an eclectic approach including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, art, meditation, mindfulness, deep-breathing, music, and tapping into your inner selves.

What you can expect from our first session

The process of using different tools is to see what works best for you. We need to know where you're at to know where you're going. The ultimate goal is to help you shift from a problem filled life to a love filled one - with mental clarity and lightheartedness.
