Hi, I am glad you are here! My name is Caroline Bennett and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker living in San Antonio, Texas. I am a double graduate from the University of Texas at Austin...Hook 'Em! WIth over 12 years of practice experience, I support individuals, couples, children and teens, and families through compassionate, person centered care.

I believe that finding happiness is possible for everyone, regardless of past or present circumstances, negative experiences, or a history of negative patterns of coping. I am passionate about empowering clients to find the very best, well-rounded versions of themselves through the therapeutic process. I also believe in a powerful connection between mental and physical well-being, understanding that emotional states can affect physical well-being and vice versa.

I specialize in working with those impacted by trauma, 'big' and 'small' through EMDR. If you are living with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, or life changes, EMDR is a strong, evidence based approach that I believe can help everyone.

With that being said, I am ready to meet you where you are in your healing journey and provide the best therapeutic approach for you.

Clients can expect to meet with openness, empathy, compassion, humor and energy in our first session. I am excited that you have taken this step and that in itself deserves to be celebrated.
