Great to meet you!

I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in GA, IL, and VA with experience providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy services within outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization settings. I work with individuals and families impacted by depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, significant life transitions, substance use, neurodiversity, disruption in caregiving, and systemic marginalization.

My approach to therapy

I use trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches to engage collaboratively with clients to increase a sense of agency and self-efficacy. I currently use an integrative multi-theoretical psychotherapy approach with extensive training in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

What you can expect from me

Within the first session, I gather information to complete a comprehensive intake assessment and identify goals that will guide treatment.
