Hello! Welcome to my therapy page! I am a Master's level therapist here in Colorado and have an in-home private practice. I work with clients struggling with traumatic backgrounds and the depression and anxiety that may occur because of that trauma. I like to help people process and move past those experiences to live fuller, richer lives.
My therapeutic style is centered around providing a safe space for people to share their experiences and be themselves. I like to help people process past experiences while also learning skills to manage daily life stresses.
I try to make sessions feel as normal and organic as possible while working towards goals we develop together. Clients are my priority in sessions, as I want you to be able to address what is relevant to you and get the support that best fits your needs.
