Great to meet you!

Experienced psychologist helping adults navigate anxiety, stress, and life’s important transitions.

I work best with adults who are experiencing anxiety, stress, or navigating significant life transitions. Many of my clients are professionals, caregivers, or individuals who often feel responsible for managing many demands and are looking for support in finding balance and clarity.

I enjoy helping people who may feel overwhelmed by worry, stuck in unhelpful thought patterns, or uncertain about the next steps in their lives. Whether you're adjusting to a change in career, relationships, family roles, or simply feeling the weight of ongoing stress, therapy can provide a space to pause, reflect, and move forward with greater confidence.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, you can expect a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard and respected. My goal is to help you better understand the patterns of thinking and behavior that may be contributing to anxiety, stress, or feeling stuck, while also developing practical tools you can use in your daily life.

Clients often appreciate my warm, approachable style. I believe therapy should feel comfortable and genuine, and I bring kindness, curiosity, and sometimes humor into the process. Most importantly, I value the therapeutic relationship and work to create an environment where you feel safe exploring difficult thoughts and emotions.

Together, we will focus on helping you feel more confident managing anxiety, navigating life transitions, and building a greater sense of balance and well-being.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s normal to feel a little uncertain about what to expect. In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brings you to therapy.

I’ll ask some questions about your current concerns, your history, and what you hope to gain from therapy. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.

My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll begin to identify the areas you’d like to focus on and start thinking about how therapy can best support you moving forward.
