Great to meet you!

Greetings! I’m so glad you're here. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that our stories and experiences shape who we are, and that by exploring them, we can create space for healing and growth. We’ll work together to understand how you view yourself and the world, and explore ways to rewrite those stories in a way that empowers you.

I have master's degrees in both Psychology and Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Louisiana.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a space where we can address the societal systems and structures that impact mental health—whether that’s how patriarchy, capitalism, or other oppressive systems show up in our lives. In addition to narrative therapy, I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll create a space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to make the changes that feel right for you. I'm looking forward to the journey ahead!
