I am a licensed clinical social worker offering trauma and somatic based psychotherapy to support body mind integration. My clinical history includes psychotherapy, integrated primary care, child welfare, contemplative elder care and integrative health.
My personal lens and worldview are informed by my own identity as an Asian American woman and my experience growing up in a bicultural household. I engage clients from a relational position and am consistently aware of the impact of culture, power, privilege and oppression on individual and systemic wellness.
I work with clients who are interested in experiencing more freedom and joy in their lives and those who are curious about knowing themselves in a more intimate way. I have completed Somatic Experiencing Intermediate Training and offer this modality during sessions.
