Great to meet you!
Hello! My name is Caroline, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with experience working with a wide range of people. I was inspired to become a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) after my first experience receiving mental health care and resources when attending UC Davis. Inspired by my own therapist and my love for psychology, I felt I could also be a helpful tool to others in the same ways that had greatly benefited me in the past. I completed my master's program for clinical psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family therapy, at Pepperdine University, and have worked in both non-profit and private practice clinical settings during my internship/associateship. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who experience depression, anxiety, relationship/family issues, trauma, and who identify as neurodiverse. I also have vast experience working with perinatal and postpartum women, young working adults, and those who have experienced complex childhood trauma.
