Great to meet you!

Hi there! We all encounter struggles that are hard to manage on our own. You have already made a big first step in overcoming life's challenges by seeking a therapist. I am passionate about helping make daily life easier to manage and can't wait for the opportunity to help you on your path to mental wellness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I've been practicing for over 4 years. I use multiple therapeutic techniques to meet each individual's needs while focusing on strengths and creating a non-judgmental space. I also have 8 years of experience in the medical field. Within those 8 years, I provided grief and loss counseling to those with a terminal diagnosis and their families. Currently, I specialize in working with adults with issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar, grief and loss, and those seeking overall mental wellness.

What you can expect from our first session

During our first therapy session, we will get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. Part of this first session is discussing what your goals for therapy are and how we can work together to accomplish them. I strive to be openminded, solution focused and create a safe space for you to share your thoughts and feelings. Let's figure this out together!
