Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) committed to supporting adolescents (ages 13+) and adults on their journey toward mental wellness. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative, and empowering space where every client feels heard, understood, and valued.

I earned my Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Psychiatric–Mental Health, from Walden University. With over 20 years of experience in both emergency and psychiatric care, I bring a strong foundation in crisis intervention, acute mental health support, and holistic, evidence-based treatment.

As the owner of Hope Mental Health Clinic, I combine clinical expertise with genuine empathy to provide personalized, patient-centered care. My approach integrates thoughtful medication management with therapeutic strategies to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while honoring each individual’s unique experiences and goals.

I am passionate about helping individuals build resilience, foster healing, and achieve meaningful, lasting growth. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or seeking greater self-awareness, I am here to walk alongside you—supporting balance, strengthening coping skills, and promoting sustainable positive change.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic and individualized approach to mental health care, recognizing that every person’s journey is unique. By combining medication management with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I provide comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that support both biological needs and emotional well-being.

My goal is to create a collaborative and empowering environment where patients feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their treatment decisions. I integrate research-backed therapies and thoughtful pharmacological interventions while also considering innovative and integrative strategies to ensure a well-rounded approach to healing.

I strive to meet each client where they are, helping them build resilience, self-awareness, and lasting well-being in a compassionate and nonjudgmental space.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect expert medication management that is thoughtful, precise, and personalized. I conduct thorough assessments and make evidence-based decisions to prescribe and adjust medications as needed—always considering each individual's symptoms, lifestyle, and treatment goals. I also emphasize patient education, ensuring individuals feel informed, empowered, and actively involved in their treatment decisions.

In addition to medication management, therapy is a vital part of the healing process. Through open, collaborative conversations, we explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to build greater self-awareness and develop effective coping strategies. This process fosters clarity, insight, and emotional growth.

Clients can also expect to feel heard, supported, and respected in a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment. I strive to create a space where individuals can express their concerns openly and work toward meaningful change at their own pace, building resilience and confidence along the way.

My approach is holistic—recognizing that mental health is deeply intertwined with physical health and overall lifestyle. I take into account the full spectrum of a person’s well-being when creating treatment plans, promoting greater balance, emotional stability, and a lasting sense of empowerment in everyday life.
