Dr. Neumann leads with curiosity, compassion, and connection and is an advocate for the discovery of each individual, couple, and family separate from their mental health issue. Dr. Neumann's specializes in Eating Disorders, Mood and Personality Disorders and Relational issues.
Dr. Neumann's training is in Marriage and Family Therapy and Psychodynamic orientation and she practices within these modalities; however, is well-versed in additional evidenced-based treatments such as DBT, ACT, CBT-E, and person-oriented therapy. Dr. Neumann leads with curiosity, compassion, and connection and is an advocate for the discovery of each individual, couple, and family separate from their mental health issue.
I work to establish a safe and welcoming environment; where clients can begin to recognize the resources they have within themselves. Clients can expect to walk away feeling heard, understood, and empowered to make the changes they desire in their life.
