Great to meet you!

Choosing a therapist is a very personal decision. The therapist-client relationship matters. Trust, comfort, and a strong therapeutic connection form the foundation for meaningful, productive work together.

As an experienced LCSW-R, I have had the privilege of working with many individuals over the years as they navigate emotional challenges, relationships, significant life transitions, and periods of personal growth. I bring extensive clinical experience, compassion, and a thoughtful, individualized perspective to my work. Above all, I believe strongly in a collaborative approach to therapy. We work together to understand what is happening, identify meaningful goals, and develop a path toward lasting change.

My clinical approach is holistic and draws upon specialized, evidence-informed modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Multisystemic Therapy (MST), and modified Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others. Rather than applying a single therapeutic approach to everyone, I tailor treatment to each person's needs, strengths, experiences, relationships, and goals.

Therapy may be brief and focused or more comprehensive in scope and duration. Our work may include setting and achieving personal goals, transforming unhealthy relationship patterns, strengthening coping skills, navigating difficult transitions, and addressing emotional barriers that may interfere with personal growth and well-being.

Therapy is also an opportunity to gain greater insight into yourself, recognize patterns that may no longer serve you, and develop new ways of approaching your relationships, experiences, and future.

Meaningful change is possible. The therapeutic process provides a safe, supportive, collaborative space where that change can begin.

I look forward to meeting you and exploring how we might work together.
