Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome, my name is Caroline I know that choosing to seek mental-health support takes strength, and I want you to know that you will not face this journey alone. If you've ever felt like seeking Psychiatric care means meeting a busy, rushed provider who treats you like a diagnosis, I get it. Our world has a way of speeding up healthcare to the point where it's impersonal. I started my own practice to change that. I have experience with all levels of care from severe hospitalizations to routine medication refills. I am particularly passionate about anxiety and in helping my clients who tell me their "brains just won't turn off"...learn how to slow down.

My approach to therapy

I believe listening can often be just a therapeutic as what we prescribe, and that feeling heard is the first step to healing. One of my biggest strengths is helping my clients go from feeling guarded, withdrawn, or invisible in healthcare to having a safe space and true partner to open up to. Instead of focusing on symptoms or medications, I ask deep questions like "What has helped you survive your hardest moments?" That pause—and the tears that can follow—remind me how powerful it is to be asked about strength instead of shortcomings.

What you can expect from me

I know the first session can feel stressful, my priority is to help you feel at ease. I’ll invite you to share what you’re going through, at whatever pace feels comfortable for you. Looking forward to working with you!
