Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Caroline. Throughout my career, I've focused on creating a space where my clients can feel safe, supported, and truly heard. I believe everyone has their own story, strengths, and challenges, and therapy should be a place where you can show up as you are without fear of judgment.

I work with teens, adults, and families who are navigating things like anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and women’s issues. I also understand that life experiences, family dynamics, and your environment all play a role in what you’re going through, and we’ll take that into account as we work together.

My goal is to give you the space to process while also helping you move forward in a way that feels meaningful and realistic for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, collaborative, and solution-focused. I believe therapy should be a balance between understanding your experiences and finding ways to create change.

We’ll spend time exploring patterns, thoughts, and emotions, while also building practical tools you can use in your day-to-day life. I often incorporate techniques like CBT, ACT, and mindfulness to help you better understand yourself, manage difficult emotions, and feel more grounded.

Rather than giving you answers, I work alongside you to help you find what works best for you. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I tailor the process to your needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and that’s completely okay. In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a space where you feel comfortable.

We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. You don’t have to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say—this is your time, and we’ll go at your pace.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a better sense of what working together might look like. From there, we’ll begin identifying goals and building a path forward together.
