As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a master's degree from Ohio University, I specialize in grief, loss, and trauma. I believe therapy is a powerful collaboration founded on trust and genuine understanding.

My work in grief enables me to connect with individuals who are experiencing loss and the complex emotional, physical, cognitive, spiritual, and social challenges associated with it. Grief is deeply personal and often messy; each loss is unique to the person who is experiencing it.

My goal is to walk alongside clients through warm, collaborative conversations that honor their backgrounds and values, providing space for both big emotions and concrete tools to use between sessions.
