Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I can diagnose mental health disorders, conduct therapy, and prescribe medications for patients who have psychiatric disorders, medical organic brain disorders, or substance abuse problems. I look forward to helping you find treatment solutions to help you achieve a more balanced and healthy life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a patient-centered care approach, making you an active participant in your mental health care. Instead of treating your mental health conditions in isolation, you and I will evaluate what life stressors may be causing or making your mental health diagnosis worse, and I will tailor a treatment plan to your unique set of physical, emotional, and social needs.

What you can expect from our first session

You will receive a compassionate, empathetic, and safe virtual therapeutic environment. During our first appointment, I will complete an initial assessment to obtain your social and psychiatric history. Then, I will prescribe an appropriate evidence-based medication for your mental health condition. Our follow-ups will consist of me assessing the efficacy of your medication, adjusting doses, or changing your prescriptions for better efficacy.
