Great to meet you!

I am a generalist Licensed Psychologist with a safe and collaborative approach to therapy. I prioritize authentic connection and thoughtful reflection to help clients explore deeper, meaningful aspects of their lives. My work is relational and insight-oriented, supporting people as they develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and clarity around patterns that no longer serve them. I work with a wide range of concerns, including relationships, family dynamics, career stress, depression, anxiety, and trauma, with the goal of fostering meaningful growth.
