Carolyn Bell

I’m a Holistic LMHC specializing in trauma & addictions. Before working as a therapist, I worked in the Corporate world as a specialist in Capitol Equipment, Sales Training, and a Managing Partner in a Historical Restoration/Reno Co. as a Feng Shui Consultant & professional liaison. I earned an M.Ed. from Cambridge College, BS in Psychology from the University of NH with Summa Cum Laude in both; Diplomas in Clinical, Interpersonal, and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy from the IIH and trained in EMDR.

I work positively, creating a collaborative process for clients to explore their lived experience honestly & openly; to learn how to identify 'Who am I' & 'What are My Heart's Desires.' It's important to help people become aware of choices with the freedom to make decisions & the effects of their actions; it's about the whole human condition. Leading with intention to instill confidence & self-motivation allows clients to meet new challenges & stake claims on innate abilities without judgment.

People can expect to develop a better sense of how they are the ‘authors’ of their lives. Our goal is to use a positive approach that applauds their aspirations while acknowledging their limitations to increase their potentials. We work to identify their interests, skills, and their passions that create drive and opportunity and increase self-confidence and esteem.
