Great to meet you!

When life brings an unexpected challenge, it can be hard to know what to do next. If you’re an adult navigating grief, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or another difficult life circumstance, therapy can help you reconnect with your strengths and find a path forward. I also work with couples who want to build a more secure and intimate relationship, strengthen emotional, sexual, and spiritual connection, and heal after feeling hurt or disconnected.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively, drawing on solution-focused therapy, human development, and body-mind approaches. My goal is to help you recognize and build on your own inner resources as you work toward healing and greater integration. Depending on your needs, I may incorporate Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT) or Brainspotting to support trauma-related work, as well as mindfulness-based practices and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to help you work with thoughts and emotions.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a space to explore what’s happening, understand patterns that may be getting in the way, and try new approaches at a pace that feels manageable. In couples therapy, we can practice ways of communicating and reconnecting that support a more secure relationship. In individual therapy, we’ll identify what matters to you and build practical tools and greater self-acceptance to support lasting change.
