Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Carolyn Collier, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C. I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, burnout, life transitions, and the emotional challenges that can accompany hormonal and physical health changes.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized. I combine evidence-based psychiatric care with a whole-person perspective, recognizing that factors such as sleep, stress, hormones, relationships, and physical health all impact emotional well-being.

As both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, I understand the important connection between mind and body. Together, we'll create a treatment plan tailored to your goals so you can feel more balanced, confident, and supported. My goal is to provide a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard and empowered to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized. I believe effective treatment starts with understanding the whole person—not just a diagnosis. Together, we'll explore how factors such as stress, sleep, relationships, physical health, hormones, and life experiences may be affecting your mental health.

I provide evidence-based care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, stress, burnout, women's mental health, and life transitions. Treatment may include medication management, education, lifestyle strategies, and coordination with therapy when appropriate.

My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard, empowered, and actively involved in your care. I focus not only on symptom relief, but on helping you build resilience, gain insight, and create lasting improvements in your overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During your first appointment, my focus is getting to know you and understanding what brought you to seek care. We'll discuss your symptoms, personal and medical history, lifestyle, relationships, and goals in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Together, we'll identify the challenges you're facing and create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, lifestyle strategies, therapy referrals, or additional assessments. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and confident about the next steps in your care.
