Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed mental health counselor based in Massachusetts, and I work with teens through adults through virtual therapy. In addition to my clinical experience writing assessments for a juvenile facility, I bring a background in education and business to my work. I’m drawn to therapy because of the meaningful relationships it creates and the opportunity to help people move toward their goals. My hope is to offer a warm, supportive space where you feel heard and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. I believe therapy should be tailored to each person’s needs, experiences, and pace. Together, we’ll identify what matters most to you, build on your strengths, and develop practical ways to navigate challenges. I value creating a genuine therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable being open and authentic.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater clarity, a better understanding of themselves, and practical tools they can use between sessions. We’ll work together to identify meaningful goals and take manageable steps toward them. My hope is that you feel more supported, confident, and connected to your ability to create positive change in your life.
