Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker and a graduate of the Jane Addams College of Social Work, where I earned my degree in 2005. I bring years of experience working with adolescents and adults in both agency settings and private practice. I especially enjoy helping people navigate transitions, uncertainty, relationship challenges, and times when life feels overwhelming or difficult to

navigate.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, compassionate, and thoughtful. I help clients gain perspective and enable them to move toward making healthier choices and relationships. My approach is relational and honest. Therapy with me is practical and forward-thinking with a focus on meaningful change, while taking into consideration where you are currently at and what may be preventing you from getting there.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you in and what you’d like to be different. My goal is to create a comfortable space where you don’t feel pressured to have all the answers. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and creating a direction that feels right for you.
