Carolyn Jones

I am licensed in Texas with 35 years of professional work experience in grief/loss/trauma, workplace issues, addictions, relapse prevention, relationship conflicts, family problems & EAP. A holistic approach is involved in this process. I believe you are the expert of your story involving many strengths to assist in overcoming life challenges. My role is helping to support, educate, and guide in this process. My educational background includes a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology/Counseling from the University of San Francisco.

Family systems are discussed and the utilization of creative journaling inclusive of thoughts, feelings, reactions and actions.

Clients may take away a greater awareness of the true self with the expression of feelings and emotions, boundaries, empowerment, wellness, and a spirituality connection.
