Great to meet you!

Hi! I'd like to believe that I am a well rounded therapist. I didn't start off strictly learning clinical work. In the start of my social work career, I engaged in community services, case management, to therapy and becoming a clinical supervisor and SIFI. Throughout this experience, my focus is in supporting the mental health and substance use population.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is for you to feel empowered to make a change in their lives and work collaboratively to achieve your goals. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused and strengths perspective.

What you can expect from our first session

It can be difficult to ask for help and or to be open to change. I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. I offer a safe space for clients to express themselves and receive constructive and meaningful feedback
