Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Salem State University. Since working in the social work field for over ten years my areas of expertise are in serving survivors of gender-based violence, people who have experienced trauma, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Additionally, I have worked with individuals across the lifespan in both outpatient community health settings and through non-profit case management and advocacy.

My approach to therapy

I modify my therapeutic approach to best suit the individualized needs of my clients and strive to create an authentic and non-judgmental therapeutic space where clients can explore life’s challenges. I mainly utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, motivational interviewing, and strength's based therapeutic modalities.

What you can expect from me

I hope to guide clients down a path of empowerment, increased functioning in their daily life, and achievement towards their goals, whatever that looks like for them.
