Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist can be stressful and trigger those feelings and emotions for which you are seeking therapy. My clients over the years have come from all walks of life and describe me as warm and empathetic. This is a calling for me and my greatest joy in life is connecting with my clients - to help you build the skills to reach your goals and create your own joy. If you think I might be a good fit for you, I would love the opportunity to work with you.

My approach to therapy

With a trauma-informed approach, my focus will be on who you are as an individual, where you are within your current environment, and what you would like your trajectory to be for your future. If you are seeking therapy for your child, adolescent, or teen, my approach is tailored to the unique challenges of each of these critical times in one's life.

What you can expect from me

I'm ready to take this journey alongside you, your child, your spouse/partner, or your entire family. Together, through traditional or Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, we will use your current strengths, find those you weren't aware you had, and even develop some you never dreamed were possible, so that you can overcome your current challenges and embrace your future with improved communication, stronger relationships, confidence, and hope.
