Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Felician University. With a deep commitment to supporting individuals through life’s challenges, I work with clients navigating relationship issues, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, aging, phase-of-life transitions, career aspirations and changes, and parental challenges. In my therapy sessions, I create a safe and nurturing environment where every individual is welcome and valued. I understand that seeking support is a personal and sometimes vulnerable experience, so I prioritize warmth, respect, and openness. My approach is rooted in compassion, ensuring that clients feel heard and supported as they explore their thoughts and emotions. No matter their background or experiences, they can trust that therapy will be a space of acceptance, understanding, and growth.

My approach to therapy

What makes me unique as a therapist is my commitment to treating each client as a distinct individual, recognizing that their concerns, challenges, and life experiences shape their personal journey. I take a holistic approach, carefully considering their unique circumstances when developing a therapeutic plan that best supports their needs. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, I prioritize flexibility and collaboration, ensuring that therapy is tailored to their specific goals and personal growth. My aim is to create a compassionate space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to navigate life’s complexities.

What you can expect from me

In a first therapy session with me, I create a warm and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their reasons for seeking therapy at this point in their lives. I take the time to understand their past therapeutic experiences—what has been helpful, what hasn't—and explore their initial goals. Together, we identify the topics that are most pressing for them, ensuring that we prioritize what feels most important. This session is a collaborative space where we begin laying the groundwork for meaningful growth and change.
