Great to meet you!

Hi there, my name is Carolyn and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in adults dealing with burnout, grief, and life transitions.

Life can be challenging. Especially when we are faced with significant transitions. Whether moving to a new place, grieving loss, or aging - accepting and navigating change can be difficult. I am here to support and guide you, while providing resources, as you move through changes in your life.

My approach to therapy

I have spent many years working as a medical social worker and as a therapist for individuals going through significant lifestyle changes. Rutgers University grad - go Scarlett Knights!

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll spend some time getting to know you: your strengths and what you've experienced in life. I'll provide a compassionate place for you to process challenging decisions and navigate what's next.
