Great to meet you!

I'm an ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner & PNCB Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. I specialize in psychiatric diagnosis, medication management, psychotherapy and holistic interventions for children, teens, and young adults.

I have a Master’s degree from Yale University and Post-Master’s Certificate from Hunter College.

I have over 15 years of experience with issues like anxiety, depression, ADHD, interpersonal challenges, stresses at work/school, amongst others.

My approach to therapy

My treatment approach respects the client as a whole and, while medication management plays a distinct and important role in the treatment of varying mental health issues, I strongly believe in the importance of adjunct therapy and place emphasis on other important domains of wellbeing, including nutrition, exercise, and interpersonal and familial relationships that can be utilized to effectively live a productive and happy and healthy life.

What you can expect from me

I will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan which may include therapeutic strategies, medication management, or lifestyle changes. My clinical approach is based on the clinical and developmental needs of each client and is tailored to their individual strengths. I integrate the neurobiological understanding of mental health with an emphasis on the nursing model, which focuses on patient education, advocacy, and a holistic approach of maintaining overall wellness.
