Great to meet you!

Hello! As a Therapist I have always sought out ways to help people in the way that they would most benefit. I have worked with individuals and families utilizing Motivational Interviewing, CBT, ACT, ERP and person-centered appraoches to address depression, anxiety, OCD, Hoarding and stress management. I prioritize meeting my clients where they are to build skills and supports to help them with whatever stressors they experience.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I put the clients first and meet them where they are. Whether this is your first time trying therapy or you are a pro, we will work together to develop the skills needed to support you!

What you can expect from our first session

We will work together in sessions to build a therapeutic understanding of your needs and goals. We will then build a toolkit that best meets your needs! I will be a cheerleader, a soundboard or, if needed, a motivator for change! I strive to meet you where you are from session to session and provide the best care that I can to help you to achieve your goals!
