Great to meet you!

I am honoured to have the opportunity to walk with you on your personal growth journey. We can address the challenges you are facing and work together to develop the skills and tools you need to live your best life.

I am fortunate to have been married 30 years, have two adult daughters and thankful for the training I received at Azusa Pacific University, Sharp Hospital and The Salvation Army after I retired from my first career in education as a high school teacher and middle school principal.

I work with those struggling with grief or addiction, couples, adolescents and those who want to learn new coping skills.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a personal approach depending on your needs. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Training and Grief therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients feel seen and understood following our sessions. They have new coping skills and are validated as they progress.
