I've been in education and the creative arts and counseling all of my career, and I put all these tools to use in the therapeutic process. I work with adults 18 and older-individuals and couples.

My approach in therapy is often a take no prisoners yet I'm quite a loving and empowering mentor guiding you toward your best and highest self. I combine CBT and solution focused and eclectic therapies, as well as trauma informed therapies to help with reaching your therapeutic goals. Developing a relationship with my clients is my first objective in our very first session as this will help us work towards developing a plan to assist you in meeting your goals. I've also added EMDR to my therapy work, and most people who try this (ok, actually all so far!) believe that EMDR is very effective for distressing memories.
