A bit about my approach to therapy

Young women, single moms, moms w/ perinatal mood & anxiety disorders, older female teens - I am here for you! I specialize in working w/ young women and moms ages 16-35 on issues of female empowerment, anxiety, low self-esteem, addiction, eating disorders, & trauma. My clinical approach is rooted most heavily in CBT, DBT, & Psychodynamic therapies, along w/ strong clinical intuition. I will help you uncover how your past is impacting the present, & what to do about it in the here & now.

What you can expect from our first session

Validation, unconditional positive regard and acceptance, gentle challenging when it is helpful. You'll learn coping tools such as mental strategies & healthy habits.
