Carolyn Pacheco

Hi! I am a first generation Italian-American part Argentine, mom of two, currently engaged divorcé who has 3 dogs and is attempting to garden (it's called “grounding” after all). I enjoy being outside, pop culture references (music and movies mostly), the arts, Disney and my work.

The experience I have had includes working with the neurodivergent population with a focus working alongside DDS clientele. I have my LMHC, a Masters of Education in Mental Health Counseling, Bachelors of Psychology with a Minor in Interdisciplinary Studies. I have worked in ABA services, in-home intensive programs, residential programs and outpatient therapies. As well, I have past experience in retail and customer service as I worked my way through the above (this includes with the help of grants, scholarships and then yes, loans).

My foundational approach is person-centered therefore session experiences and approaches will vary.

We will have introductions, you can be ready to ask any questions and we will discuss a little bit about current living circumstances and what brings you into therapy. Pending time we will begin discussing what your focus and hopes for goals will be.
