My name is Carolyn Peguero Spencer, I am a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Professional Counselor.

A compassionate and enthusiastic bilingual licensed Clinical Social Worker with over two decades of experience in the Clinical Social Service and Mental Health field. I provide a specialized focus on the development of personhood or selfhood and the construction of identity throughout the lifespan.

My work uses an intersectional approach that addresses the individual, the interpersonal, and the systemic ways in which individuals experience trauma and develop personal narratives. I am truly passionate and committed to safeguarding and advocating for students and clients alike. I identify as a clinical practitioner and researcher open to more opportunities for honoring, acknowledging, applying, intervening, and using different forms of knowledge for sustained and transformational mental wellness and healing.
