Great to meet you!

Throughout my social work career, I’ve supported clients in a wide range of settings, including hospital emergency rooms, crisis hotlines, K–12 schools, inpatient and outpatient dual-diagnosis programs, colleges, community outreach, and health homes—both in person and virtually. This experience helps me connect with people of all ages. I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental care in a safe space where you can heal, grow, and move toward the life you want.

In virtual sessions, we’ll make sense of what you’re going through and explore what may be contributing to it. We’ll build on your strengths and practice practical coping skills to support your mental health and overall well-being.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s normal to have questions. Reaching out takes courage—I’m glad you’re here. I’d be honored to learn about you and your story and help you feel more grounded and like yourself again. Visit my website to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. I look forward to meeting you.

My approach to therapy

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). In our first session, we’ll review what’s been happening, clarify your goals, and agree on a plan—building practical coping skills in a safe, supportive space that moves at your pace.

What you can expect from me

I support clients dealing with depression, anxiety, substance use, and trauma. In our first sessions, we’ll focus on what feels most pressing and create a plan together to help you feel more like yourself. Many clients notice symptom relief within 1–3 months.
