I was born in Puerto Rico, but I have been living in the United States since 1989. I graduated with my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from D’Youville College in Buffalo NY, then with my Master in Social Work at the University at Buffalo. I started my career as a Bi-Lingual Dual Disorder therapist at an outpatient agency in Buffalo NY. Moved to Florida in 2014, where I have been able to grow to the therapist I am today.

What you can expect from me

As a clinical social worker I have been able to help those that are struggling with depression, anxiety, feelings of hopelessness, which have negatively impacted their self-worth. Through therapy they have been able to overcome obstacles as well as identify and utilize skills that they had all along. I empower my clients to advocate for themselves and believe in their inner strength.
