Great to meet you!

Hello! I have a unique blend of life experience, education, and skills. I've worked both inpatient and outpatient. My first career was as an elementary school teacher! I work with anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, and life transitions. I am a Highly Sensitive informed therapist. Counseling is a safe place to process and learn new coping methods.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer several different therapy approaches which give me flexibility to use different techniques from various therapeutic models, including DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills) to encourage mindfulness, manage distress, regulate emotions and to build better relationships with yourself and with others.

What you can expect from our first session

I create a safe and nurturing environment. You and I will identify your goals/needs and what you'd like to work on. With my support and training together, we will work on reducing your symptoms and achieving your goals.
