Great to meet you!

I have worked with and help people of all ages and issues. I have a Master degree from the Citadel, College of Graduate and Professional Studies. I have experience with clients in hospital setting and in private practice. I believe there are several therapies that can help according to client and their issues, such as; Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) help clients make positive changes in their lives. I am a licensed therapist and enjoy working and helping people find ways to improve their lives. I have experience as a single mother with small children and now adult children.

My approach to therapy

I like people; getting to know you; listening to you to help find what you want and need. We can talk about your past and what you need to find happiness in your future. If these are the things you want; I believe it is important that a person express themselves and find their path to motivate themselves to change their behaviors and learn to make positive choices to help themselves for a better future.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy should be a warm and inviting place. A place you can share your feelings and express your goals. A place that is open and compassionate to help you.
