Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist that brings expertise and compassion to my work. I provide individual therapy to adults across the lifespan, with specialties working with women and young adults. I worked several years in university settings and have sought training to support women's mental health during pregnancy and postpartum. I also have expertise working with relationship concerns, family conflict, anxiety, life transitions, depression, grief, and identity exploration.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I primarily use an interpersonal approach to therapy and integrate third-wave CBT (ex: DBT and ACT) interventions as appropriate. In my practice, I work to create a strong therapy relationship and safe environment in which people can be their authentic self, process difficult things, develop insight, learn healthy coping skills, and experience growth. I value multiculturalism and welcome working with people from diverse backgrounds and identities.
