I work with creative young adults navigating past wounds, identity and belonging, and ADHD and disability concerns. We’ll slow things down, make sense of what’s been feeling heavy, and help you reconnect with yourself in the process.
My approach is collaborative and relational, and I often incorporate creative and expressive ways of exploring what’s hard to put into words. I offer a supportive, culturally responsive space to explore trauma, identity, neurodivergence, and disability. I use a relational and expressive arts approach to help clients slow things down, process what they’ve been carrying, and reconnect with themselves in ways that feel more grounded and authentic.
A first session with me can look relaxed. Imagine a laidback conversation about what’s been going on in your life. My style is very relational and this is your space to feel safe and seen.
