Great to meet you!

I’ve been a counselor for over 11 years, and I bring not only my professional experience but also real-life understanding to the work we do together. My style is down-to-earth, person-centered, and tailored to your unique needs. I like to use creative approaches—and sometimes a little humor—because I believe laughter can be one of our best medicines for healing.

In our sessions, we’ll balance talking through what you’re going through with learning practical tools you can use in your daily life. My goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen your emotional wellbeing, and move toward the life you want with confidence and hope.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, accepted, and supported as we explore your experiences together. Therapy is a place for healing and growth, and I work to meet you where you are with understanding and care.

I often help individuals coping with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or challenges around self-worth and belonging. Using approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy, I tailor each session to your unique needs so you can build resilience, find balance, and move toward a more grounded sense of self.

What you can expect from me
