Great to meet you!

My practice focuses on helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, and the uncertainty that often comes with major life transitions. That may look like starting a new career, moving through relationship issues, adjusting to a breakup, or trying to figure out who you want to be and how you want to live. Many of the people I work with feel stuck between where they are and where they want to go. My goal is to provide a grounded, supportive space where you can make sense of what you’re carrying, better understand your patterns, and move toward a life that feels more stable, intentional, and aligned with who you are!

My approach to therapy

I use a collaborative, structured, and strength-oriented with the focus of both immediate coping strategies and processing for deeper, lasting change. I use the following evidence-based lens as the foundation of my practice and will explain their benefits during our sessions as needed:

  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Cognitive Behavior Therapy
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

My values: patience in the work, intention in decisions, commitment to growth, kindness toward yourself, moderation in behavior, and openness to excitement in what’s ahead.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to slow down and get a clear picture of what is bringing you in. We will talk through your current challenges, relevant history, and what you hope will feel different moving forward. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship issues, stress, or a major life transition, we will begin identifying the themes that matter most and building a plan that feels realistic and supportive. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling understood, more organized around what you are facing, and clearer about the next step!
