Great to meet you!

Hello and Welcome! I'm Carolyn, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges. With over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health working with adolescents, adults and families, I specialize in providing warm, welcoming, compassionate therapy and support to individuals facing various life issues, including anxiety, depression, women’s issues, trauma, generational trauma, parenting, and substance abuse/codependency.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration with you! You are the expert in your own life and I am here to partner with you so we can work together to find solutions and some relief from the stress life can bring. I create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. Using various therapy modalities, I work alongside you to identify your strengths and develop strategies for coping and personal growth.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe people are their best when they are comfortable. I strive to provide a comfortable, relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where we can work together on goals that you and I create together and find solutions that work for your life and current situation.
