Great to meet you!

I am a graduate of GSSWSR of Bryn Mawr College.

My training is psychodynamic, and I have an electric approach to therapy using cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-based therapy, EMDR and mindfulness which allows me to creatively integrate all these modalities in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my work, I am collaborative, strengths-based and relational approach. I have been described as warm, supportive and straightforward.

What you can expect from our first session

My focus is on interpersonal relationships or family issues, generational trauma, and daily life challenges. My specialties are life transitions, parenting, relocations, career issues, first generation struggles, anxiety and depression. Part of our work will be to recognize your triggers by being aware of how your mind and body react to different situations and to understand how your thoughts and emotions impact your wellbeing.
